     Per-listed entity company, Guangdong Leady Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd. was founded in December 2017.Guangdong Brady Robot Co.,LTD. and Guangdong Geeyoo Visual Technology Co.,LTD. are wholly owned subsidiary of Leady Group, and they were separately founded in January 2018 and February 2014.

    The actual registered capitals are: Leady Company is 11.2 million, Brady Subsidiary is 10.8 million, Geeyoo Subsidiary is 10.8 million.

   The number of employees is about 450, more than 95% for the senior technical and management talents.

   LEADY Group has successfully applied to the government and purchased a new industrial park with an area of approximately 40,000 square meters. It is expected that the three companies will move into the new factory from April to May 2021.
